The Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN), is on a mission to get more Black professionals in and into leadership within leading tech companies. We are changing the conversation- There is no “Pipeline problem” for tech talent, there is a Network problem, and we are focusing on solving that!! Come join us.
BPTN bridges the Network gap in the tech industry by providing Black technical and business professionals with access to senior executive sponsorship, industry training and a strong peer network to support their growth and career development. On the other side of the coin, we support leading companies to connect to, hire and promote Black professionals in tech.
Who you are
With BPTN’s accelerated growth, we are looking for someone to join the BPTN team to lead the operations of our events. We are building a global network and want to bring on a leader with the chops and passion to help scale our events production. This is an opportunity to build on the mechanics of our virtual and in-person events and play a critical role in supporting Black tech professionals to connect to the future of tech!
As our Events Lead, you are on a mission to deliver events that are innovative and unique to the BPTN brand. You will work closely with the team to Lead the development and execution of our virtual and in-person engagements to strategically create powerful experiences for our network. You will be intentional in producing events that are memorable, and that drive repeat and net new attendance.
